Hi everybody, Jordan here, I am thrilled to announce my second ever solo album release today!
This one feels like a bit of a musical departure for me, not only in methodology but also in result.I didn’t shy away from themes and melodies, I leaned into them.
Dunno what it is that led me in this direction. Maybe horseshoe effect of cynicism that led me in the opposite direction?
Years of improvisation and abstraction that led me this time to try to actually come up with meaningful tunes, or perhaps just a matter of hooking up my studio with midi and allowing myself to try to perfect elements before actually recording them and committing to them?
Who the fuck knows, I don’t. But I’m really thrilled that I was approached by Alex fromQuiet Details and given this opportunity to explore this new feeling chapter.
